FINAL PROFICIENCY DAY FOR 2008 - 2009 SEASON 

The final proficiency day will be held on Sunday 14 December 2008 at 7.30am 

Any existing Bronze/SRC members who gained their awards before 30 June 2008 must do their proficiency on one of the above dates.  If you haven't completed your proficiency by 31st December 2008, you will not be permitted to compete or be involved in patrols, training or competition.  Before attending your proficiency you must complete a 400m (BMs) or 200m (SRCs) and it must be signed off by a Level 1 swimming coach.  Your pool swim verification can be left at the Life Saving office prior to the proficiency day. 

Pool swims are on the following days:

Monday 8 December at TSS from 5.30pm - 6.30pm

Other proficiencies that will take place on that day are IRBC and IRBD

ARC and Defib proficiencies will be held on Monday 8 December at the Surf Club at 6.30pm
